There may be other qualified Appraisal Institute members who may appraise conservation easement assignments but have not taken the Valuation of Conservation Easements Certificate of Completion program. Visit the Find an Appraiser directory to find members who have identified conservation easements as a specialty.

Recipients of Certificates of Completion may represent that they have completed the program’s curriculum and passed the examinations. However, recipients may not represent themselves as certified in the specialized topic, as holding a certification in the specialized topic, or as having a specialization, competency, or expertise based solely on the successful completion of the program.
