Book Discounts, Returns, etc.
Discounts
The following information on discounts pertains to books only.
- A 20 percent discount off the list price is available on the purchase of six or more books.
Returns
Damaged or defective books and videotapes may be returned for replacement. Book orders may be returned for 100 percent credit within 30 days of the invoice date without a restocking fee. After 30 days, book orders may be returned for 100 percent credit, less a restocking fee equal to 15 percent of the total credit due. No cash refunds are allowed.
- The books returned must be current editions in saleable condition, free of labels and marks.
- Books must be returned within one year of purchase and all return shipments must be prepaid in full. Books must be packed to arrive in saleable condition.
All sales of videotapes are final.
No copies may be returned for refund or credit.
Foreign Orders
All foreign orders, including Canada, must be prepaid in U.S. funds prior to shipment. All shipping costs will be assessed separately. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Course Texts
The order form can be used to order most required and optional texts for Appraisal Institute courses. The cost of these texts is not included in the tuition fee. If you are enrolling less than three weeks before the course begins, do not use the form to order as book delivery cannot be guaranteed. A limited number of books may be available for purchase at the course site.
